All clients or applicants have the right to lodge a complaint or to request a review of any matter related to their file.
Clients are to be informed of their right to complain.
Complaints or requests for review shall be made to the Director of Program Services or the Chief Executive Officer; and failing to reach a satisfactory solution, shall be made to the Chair, Vice-Chair and/or the Secretary/Treasurer who will advise the Board of Directors accordingly.
The Board of Directors' decision will be final and there shall be no further right of appeal unless required by law.
